Edwina R. Doyle
 Throughout Ms. Doyle’s career, she has successfully defied the odds; from her early beginnings as an accounting clerk AT&T Canada to her current position as Senior Manager, Marketing at Research in Motion (BlackBerry). Defined as a calculated risk taker, and passionate about life, Edwina is said to have brought new life to all her roles.
Holding several management positions over the past 15 years at telecommunication and hi-tech giants such as AT&T Canada, Lucent Technologies, Group Telecom, TELUS Mobility, ATG, NexInnovations, TELUS Corporation, Sigma Systems and now at RIM, she positively affected change in their communications and marketing departments, embracing the opportunity to lead branding, communications and marketing initiatives. Ms. Doyle is a graduate of York University’s Bachelor of Adminstrative Studies, Honours Program, with a minor in Accounting and Major in Marketing, also holds certificates in Telecommunications and PR from Ryerson University, along with a strategic management certificate from Schulich School of Business. She has volunteered with the Spelling Bee of Canada, the Junior Achievement Organization and Acorn to Oak Community Services. Her motto is life is "Happiness is not determined by external factors, it's all internal. Let your life be governed by truth and kindness. And do everything with excellence, grace and a pinch of flare." |
