The vision of the Counselling Centre is to ensure a healthy, balanced life-style for every person within our sphere of influence.
Our services are devoted to the mental and emotional wellness of individuals, married couples, families, and youths.
We believe in the holistic approach to counselling based on the philosophy that man is of a three fold nature; the mind, the body and the spirit. If any of these areas are out of balance, it may undermine the natural working processes of other areas.
It is our belief that the way a person thinks determines their behaviour; even as they cope with every day issues.
Recognizing the issue in one’s life is the key in finding the solution process. Everyone experiences challenges /difficulties at some point in their life time. If you are experiencing signs of distress, such as fatigue, general dissatisfaction with your life, problems related to illness, work, parenting, marriage or stress, our staff at the counseling centre is here to help.
While it is important to have support from relatives and friends who can listen during those difficult time, sometimes that may not be enough. Talking with a professional therapist or counselor can make the difference when you are going through a crisis, having relationship difficulties or having difficulty enjoying life due to issues from the past.
Our role at the counselling centre is to guide individuals through the process of identify problem areas and help them to learn the necessary skills in finding solutions which will allow them to lead a healthier and happier lifestyle.
The counselling centre staff is committed:
- To provide clients with integrity service, delivered with expertise by our professional team of clinicians who have solid therapeutic backgrounds.
